Sponsorship Opportunities Available for 2017 CSLRA Annual Meeting and Federal Regulations Seminar!
FEDERAL REGULATIONS SEMINAR
CSLRA will be holding a Federal Regulations Seminar in conjunction with the annual meeting at the Westin San Diego in July. The seminar will be advertised beyond CSLRA membership, including all railroads in FRA Region 7 (CA, NV, AZ and UT). It will consist of main and breakout sessions on a variety of topics of current interest to railroad operating, mechanical and maintenance of way managers.
The following sponsorship opportunities are available for CSLRA Associate Members for increased company visibility and lead generation during the Federal Regulations Seminar:
Lanyard sponsor – Provide CSLRA name tags and sponsor logo lanyards for the event
AM break sponsor Monday, July 24 – $900
Lunch sponsor Monday, July 24 – $3,000
PM break sponsor Monday, July 24 – $900
Cocktail reception sponsor Monday, July 24 – $2,500
AM break sponsor Tuesday, July 25 – $900
Break, lunch and cocktail reception sponsors will be acknowledged by signage, mention in the printed agenda and mention on the CSLRA website. The lunch and cocktail reception sponsorships also include a tabletop display. Tabletop displays may be added to any other sponsorship for an additional $100 (the hotel charges for these displays).
ANNUAL MEETING
CSLRA’s annual meeting will commence immediately following the Federal Regulations Seminar at the Westin San Diego. The agenda will include current legislative, regulatory and safety topics.
